Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who provides warm, supportive, and open-minded counseling services for adolescents, adults, and families. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients develop healthier thought patterns, improve coping skills, manage stress and anxiety, strengthen emotional wellness, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful growth and healing. I strive to meet each client where they are emotionally and tailor treatment to their unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical tools they can apply in everyday life. I also focus on helping clients increase self-awareness, strengthen confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where clients feel heard, respected, and able to openly share their concerns at their own pace.

During the first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, current challenges, personal history, strengths, goals for treatment, and any questions or concerns you may have about the therapy process. I also take time to learn about your emotional, behavioral, and overall wellness needs so we can begin creating a plan tailored specifically to you.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I want clients to leave their first session feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about their journey toward healing and growth.
