I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who takes a collaborative, patient centered approach to care. I am highly participatory, energetic, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on helping individuals identify goals and work toward meaningful, sustainable improvements in their mental health.
I am very hands on and engaged in the care process. I like to work closely with my patients to identify goals, explore solutions, and create treatment plans that support real, lasting change.
The first session is designed to feel safe, collaborative, and productive- not rushed or overwhelming. My patients concerns, goals, and lived experiences will guide our session. I will take an active role in listening, asking thoughtful questions, and help them to connect the dots between symptoms, stressors, and patterns that may be impacting their mental health.
