I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults of all ages and many perspectives. I have extensive experience providing therapy and I am passionate about helping those with complicated trauma heal and create the lives they deserve. I also enjoy working with those who feel very deeply, have complicated identities and who are neurodivergent.
I like to partner with clients in a collaborative way and create a space where transformation can happen organically. Uncovering the roots of who you are allows for meaningful shifts in perspective and behavior. In this deeper understanding change can occur.
I strive for clients to be understood by me and to find a safety in the relationship to more authentically be themselves. I like to learn all parts of clients (including lighter sides), so that strengths can be tapped into in the healing process.
