I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of providing counseling services to diverse and unique populations. I have worked providing counseling in the inner city of Buffalo , in a rural setting, an urban setting, and at the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation.

The most important aspect of my working with anyone is to develop a trusting working relationship. This does not happen on the first day, trust takes time and needs to be proven by the therapist. If you do not feel that I treating you with respect or that I am able to help you-run. Do not walk.

I expect that my clients will be able to practice and demonstrate at least 3 different stress reduction/grounding techniques to help address anxiety. I expect that my clients will have a thorough understanding of how they got to where they are and have a plan/path on how to get where they want to be. I expect that like most of the folks that I work with we will find the humor in our work.
