Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with increased anxiety, depression, fear or shame? Are you struggling with how to manage relationship conflicts? Can't slow down or quit unhealthy habits? You may notice that you want change and are unsure of how. As a clinician, I am committed to helping my clients find the root of the problem and creating a plan together to support changes. I have worked with hundreds of people coping with anxiety, depression, addiction, relationships struggles, PTSD, and much more. In the work that we do together, it is my hope for you to find peace and are able breathe deeply in your life again.

I believe therapy should be a safe, open, and supportive space where you can learn, grow, and reconnect with the best version of yourself. If you’re looking for counseling that is honest, compassionate, and goal-oriented, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I have supported clients in navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, PTSD, LGBTQ+, and relationship issues. In our work together, you’ll learn practical tools while also building deeper self-understanding. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques to create an approach that is authentic, flexible, and tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

The client can expect a warm and safe space within the rapport that is built between us. I strive for the client to have trust, understanding, open-minded conversations, and a deep want to guide them to a healthier place than when they started therapy.
