Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. Over the past several years I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empowerment. I believe that even when life feels overwhelming—whether due to past experiences or present stressors—you already have the capacity for growth and healing within you. My role is to help you process your experiences, build insight, and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, internal family systems, mindfulness, and strength-based therapies, to meet each person’s unique needs. Together, we focus not just on healing, but on helping you build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
