Great to meet you!

Hey, I’m Niki — I’m a therapist who loves working with people in all stages of recovery, whether you’re newly sober, years into it, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself after major life changes. I help adults explore behavioral patterns, long-term sobriety, self-discovery, and identity as they figure out who they are beyond the challenges they’ve faced.

I know from both personal and professional experience that healing isn’t linear. As a mom and someone who’s faced her own mental health and substance use challenges, I bring understanding, honesty, and zero judgment to our sessions. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no pressure, no pretense.

My approach to therapy

My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and real. I use EMDR to help clients process trauma and also work with complex and complicated grief. Together, we’ll look at how past experiences have shaped you, build tools for coping, and work toward a deeper sense of peace and purpose.

I often work with adults facing addiction, trauma, anxiety, grief, and maternal mental health concerns, but I also see clients managing depression, stress, ADHD, relationship issues and more. Our sessions are collaborative — sometimes serious, sometimes full of laughter — but always centered around helping you feel more grounded and in control of your own story.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect an open, comfortable vibe — a mix of insight, humor, and honesty. We’ll move at your pace, not a checklist. Whether we’re working through grief, navigating long-term recovery, or exploring identity, I’ll help you connect with the parts of yourself that deserve compassion and care.

When I’m not in session, I’m probably hiking at a national park, planning my next thrill-seeking adventure, or listening to True Crime podcasts (yes — I’ve heard every episode of Crime Junkie, and even have the tattoo to prove it). Therapy with me is real, relatable, and focused on helping you build a life that feels like your own again.
