Great to meet you!

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My path to becoming a mental health provider has been deeply rooted in a passion for helping others recognize their worth, discover their strengths, and become the best version of themselves. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and support as you navigate the challenges that brought you to therapy. Life can bring moments when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what comes next. Whether you’re navigating grief and loss, adjusting to motherhood, struggling with self-esteem, an adolescent navigating your formative years, or simply feeling ready for personal growth and change, therapy can provide a safe space to pause, reflect, and find your way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to each client’s needs and goals. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, self-awareness, and growth. Together, we will explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be impacting your well-being while identifying strengths and developing healthy coping strategies. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being authentic and challenged to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our sessions to be a safe, welcoming space where you can come exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Sessions may include processing emotions and experiences, building self-awareness, developing coping strategies, and identifying practical steps toward your goals. I aim to balance support, reflection, and practical tools based on what you need in that moment. Most importantly, I want you to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and with greater clarity about your next steps.
