I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who grew up in Boston, MA. I received my Masters of Social Work from Boston University. I have worked with youth and families in schools, outpatient, and IHT settings. I love horses and being out in nature. I also enjoy going to Yoga and Pilates for self-care.
I am passionate about meeting clients where they are to establish a baseline to further assist in creating a tool box of supportive interventions. I believe the client knows best and I am just a vessel to assist in your therapeutic process. I take a holistic approach in assisting clients in their self-agency. We all have strengths but sometimes we need someone to help us dig up those diamonds!
