Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with a doctorate in clinical psychology. I have experience in inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community settings. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing therapy and psychological assessment for trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burnout, psychosis, developmental concerns, and identity-related stress. My professional path has shown me how deeply systems, narratives, and lived experiences shape our wellbeing—and that healing requires both compassion and honest reflection.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients come to therapy because they’re exhausted from holding everything together, struggling with internal expectations, or feeling overwhelmed by the need to perform and succeed. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, validating, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, narrative work, and strengths-based strategies to help clients untangle unhelpful patterns, challenge self-criticism, and cultivate more sustainable ways of functioning.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm space where we explore what you’ve been managing beneath the surface and how the pressure shows up in your thoughts, relationships, and work life. We’ll clarify your goals, identify immediate supports, and begin building insight and tools that move you toward ease, alignment, and emotional well-being. My intention is that you leave feeling understood and less alone, knowing there’s room to breathe and space for change.
