I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR to help you create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll identify patterns that contribute to anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling stuck, and focus on strategies you can begin using right away to feel more grounded and in control.
In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. We’ll start by talking about what’s bringing you in — what’s been feeling challenging, and what you’re hoping will be different in your life.
I’ll ask some questions to get a better sense of your experiences, patterns, and goals, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. You can go at your own pace.
