Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nikkei — a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I'm really glad you're here. If you're a woman feeling stretched thin by the demands of motherhood, relationships, or work — or you're a new mom navigating the emotional rollercoaster of pregnancy or postpartum life — you've come to the right place. I want you to know that what you're feeling makes sense, and you don't have to carry it alone.

I'm passionate about working with women at all stages of life, but there's something especially meaningful to me about supporting moms. Whether you're struggling with prenatal anxiety, postpartum depression, or just the quiet exhaustion of doing it all, I'll meet you exactly where you are — without judgment.

Outside of the therapy room, I'm all about family and adventure. Any chance I get to explore somewhere new, I'm in! That same sense of curiosity and openness is something I bring into every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness techniques — which in practice means we'll spend less time stuck in the problem and more time building toward where you want to be. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you reconnect with that.

Together, we'll look at the stories you've been telling yourself — about who you are, what you're capable of, and what you deserve — and we'll start rewriting the ones that are holding you back. Clients often tell me they appreciate that our sessions feel grounded and real, not clinical or stiff.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just a conversation. We'll explore what's been weighing on you, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and what feels most important to tackle first. No pressure to have it all figured out — that's what we're here for.

From there, we'll build a plan together — practical, personalized, and focused on real progress. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, more clear, and a little more like yourself again.
