Great to meet you!

I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming therapy, particularly with Women and BIPOC. In addition to providing counseling services to people of all ages for over 8 years, I am a neurodivergent woman of color who is also continuing to learn the most effective ways to navigate my life as I help others do the same.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a huge proponent of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and truly believe that learning to shift our perspective can be life-altering. I incorporate re-framing, mindfulness, and meaning-making in my therapeutic practice as I walk with you on your path to a better life. I implement these therapeutic approaches in an 8-12 week goal-focused format that helps clients explore past events and influences that have lead to current behavioral & thought patterns while implementing real-time changes.

What you can expect from our first session

It is my goal to help neurodivergent individuals learn to better understand themselves & more successfully navigate all aspects of life with respect to your unique needs and emotional & behavior patterns. I truly enjoy helping my clients increase self-awareness, build confidence, and create fulfilling lives for themselves, and clients can expect to do all of the above on their journey with me.
