I have over 20 years experience in the mental health field supporting both children and adults. Since getting my Master's degree in 2010, I have provided counseling services in both elementary schools and private practice environments. I specialize in anxiety management, self esteem, emotional regulation, and play therapy.

I use person/child centered, strengths based, parenting support, and play therapy techniques to help clients have a safe space to share feelings and know they are valued. I also help clients build coping skills through cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing interventions.
