Great to meet you!

I have a genuine love for people. I help with many issues (see list). My specialties are relationship issues, identity questions, trauma, depression, and anxiety disorders (agoraphobia, social anxiety, panic disorder).

I work with a lot with the LGBTQ+ community, and I'm affirming of all gender identities, sexual orientations, religions/spirituality types, and cultures.

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic perspective, instead of using the traditional Medical Model. This means I see the person as a human being, and not just a diagnosis. I consider a person's culture, background, and environment to understand them better.

What you can expect from me

I try to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
