Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to exhale — somewhere you can be fully yourself without fear of judgment. My clients often describe me as nurturing, attentive, and refreshingly honest in a caring way. I show up with both warmth and clarity, meeting you exactly where you are and helping you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, family conflict, and questions of self-worth and identity. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to shift, I’m here to help you find your footing again.

In our work together, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques — blending evidence-based tools with a deeply human, relational style. I see therapy as a true partnership: you bring your story, and together we’ll find the clarity, strength, and direction you’re looking for.

If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d love to connect.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Renewed Vision Counseling. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have spent several years providing therapy to adults, teens, couples, and families across both community and private practice settings.

My approach blends evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, solution-focused strategies, and strengths-based work — with a calm, practical, and supportive style. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Instead, I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing on whatever combination of tools and techniques will serve you best.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, self-esteem challenges, boundary setting, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I work with a diverse client population and am deeply committed to creating an inclusive, culturally sensitive space where every person feels respected and valued.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: healing happens when you feel safe, heard, and empowered. My goal is to help you build emotional clarity, develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen your boundaries, and walk away with real tools to navigate life with more peace, confidence, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other — no pressure, no expectations, just an open and honest conversation.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping life might look like on the other side of this work. I’ll also share a little about how I work and what our sessions together might look like, so you can feel oriented and comfortable from the start.

From there, we’ll begin to explore your goals — not in a rigid or clinical way, but in a way that feels collaborative and grounded in what actually matters to you.

My hope is that you leave our first session feeling lighter, not overwhelmed. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin — that’s what we’re here to work through together.
