Great to meet you!

The first step to successful therapy is finding a safe space. I am committed to creating an affirming and collaborative space where clients feel respected in all aspects of who they are. I am an LPC with experience working in the juvenile justice system and the broader mental health system. A significant part of my work has involved serving minorities and underserved populations in rural communities where barriers to care, stigma and systemic inequities are often present. I approach therapy with care, curiosity and respect and by recognizing the importance of honoring experience, identity, values and social context.

My approach to therapy

I see clients as the experts of their own lives and remain open to learning, listening and adapting my approach to best support their needs. I have experience working with trauma, depression and anxiety, for clients in each walk of life from teens (13+) and adults of all ages.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are interested in working through trauma, managing ongoing stress, navigating identity, I strive to meet you with compassion, respect and authenticity. My goal is to support you in feeling empowered, grounded and more connected to yourself.
