Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Nikki Jefferies, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and involved in their treatment decisions. I believe mental health care works best when we work together to develop a plan that fits your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, patient-centered approach to treatment. I focus on understanding the whole person—not just symptoms—and use evidence-based practices to guide medication management and treatment planning. I believe in open communication, education, and collaboration so that clients feel empowered and informed throughout their mental health journey. My goal is to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing your concerns, symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. I want to understand what has been working, what hasn't, and what you hope to achieve moving forward. Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan and discuss options that best fit your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the next steps.
