Hello, I'm Nikki Jefferies, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and involved in their treatment decisions. I believe mental health care works best when we work together to develop a plan that fits your unique needs and goals.

I want to understand what has been working, what hasn't, and what you hope to achieve moving forward. Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan and discuss options that best fit your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the next steps.
