Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), & a life long artist, I am uniquely equipped to bring a broad & holistic lens to therapy. I am here to support your growth with creativity, empathy, & thoughtful grace.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, calming, & restorative. We work together using skills systems including DBT, CBT, & ACT, & we mindfully explore the past, unpacking & integrating traumas. If you are hoping to recover a sense of calm, grow wisdom & find balance, insight & resilience, & live a more vibrant life, I am honored to support your healing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel the beginning of relief within 4-6 sessions, & the potential for long term, real and lasting differences that matter. You will learn about yourself & others in the context of a complex world, finding increased acceptance & the confidence & motivation to make changes where possible. I can support you in healing from stress, betrayal & loss, creating clarity, relief, & direction while strengthening your sense of meaning & your voice so that you can live more fully into your life.
