Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist and certified school counselor with 17 years of experience with children and adolescents and 4 years of experience in private practice and behavioral health. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults in helping them to learn more about themselves and to continue coloring their way through life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In life, we have a wide array of personal experiences that we can choose to pick up the broken crayon and still color or we can choose to throw in the trash. My goal is to work alongside my clients in knowing that we can create a beautiful mural of our lives with our broken crayons and that they are still useful to us. I offer an empowering and collaborative therapeutic approach in helping my clients to navigate through this thing we call life.

What you can expect from our first session

As we progress through our therapy sessions, you will be challenged to face your past but in a way in which you can grow from it. You will walk away with a better understanding of who you are and tools to help you navigate your emotions when things get hard.
