Great to meet you!

For the past 19 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, and young adults, helping them navigate the challenges that come with growing, changing, and finding their way in the world.

I earned my Master’s degree in counseling from Regent University, and my passion is working with children and young adults as they develop the tools they need to manage life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I believe every person has an untold story, and I strive to create a safe, supportive and judgement-free space where clients feel heard.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative, meaning I meet each client where they are and work with them to identify their strengths, understand their challenges, and develop practical tools for moving forward.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel a little overwhelming, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. My goal is to make your first session comfortable, welcoming and judgement-free.

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another. I’ll learn more about what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish.

I’ll also explain how therapy works, answer any questions you may have, and work with you to identify goals for our time together.
