Great to meet you!

I am here to partner with you as you examine your life and look for answers, direction, and healing. My background is in family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am strongly aligned with Positive Psychology, which helps us build resiliency to cope with life's challenges and improve relationships.

It is always a joy to witness others accomplish goals and gain mastery over their inner and outer worlds, even in the face of hardship.

I am curious to hear your story!

My approach to therapy

I focus therapy on addressing current situations. In response to your concerns and priorities, I can offer practical strategies to develop healthy thought patterns and adopt positive behaviors.

What you can expect from me

It is helpful to have a clear goal for therapy. I want to find out what is most important to you. Once this is established, we can work toward accomplishing these goals, which may shift as new things come up.

I do not believe people should have to be involved in therapy for years to achieve improvement. I will work with you to move toward healthier thinking, more mindful and intentional actions, and more genuine relationships in a relatively short period of time.
