Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or carrying wounds that feel hard to name, you’re not alone. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, understood, and supported. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or deeper connection, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself and move toward lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply personalized. I draw from CBT, attachment-based work, EMDR, somatic therapy, EFT, and Gottman methods to support healing on both an emotional and practical level. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping tools, and build insight in a way that feels grounding and empowering. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process tailored to who you are and what you need.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and begin where you are. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out just space to share what’s been weighing on you and what you hope for moving forward. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start. We’ll begin building connection, clarifying goals, and creating a path toward healing that feels meaningful and doable.
