Great to meet you!

“I am passionate about helping individuals and families feel heard, supported, and understood. My 20 plus years of professional background includes working closely with children, adults, and families in both home and community-based settings, addressing concerns such as behavioral challenges, family conflict, trauma, and life stressors.

I have a special interest in supporting families, strengthening relationships, and helping clients navigate difficult transitions with confidence and clarity.”

My approach to therapy

My approach is empathetic, patient, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can openly share their experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we work to build coping skills, improve communication, and create lasting, positive change.

What you can expect from me

“In our first session, my primary focus is getting to know you and creating a safe, comfortable space where you can feel heard and understood. We’ll move at your pace as you share what brings you to therapy, and I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and what progress would look like for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more at ease about the process.”
