Great to meet you!

Life can change in an instant. Whether you are grieving a loss, coping with a traumatic event, navigating anxiety, or adjusting to a significant life change, you do not have to face it alone. I work with adults and older adults to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and navigate what they are currently experiencing. Drawing from critical incident response experience following a traumatic event, grief counseling, DBT-informed skills, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, multiple grief and end-of-life trainings, I provide a compassionate and supportive space where clients can process and understand their experiences, gain practical tools, and find hope during difficult times.

My approach is warm, practical, and supportive. I help adults and older adults navigate grief, loss, trauma, anxiety, caregiving challenges, and major life changes. Using grief counseling, DBT-informed skills, and solution-focused therapy, I offer practical tools and compassionate support to help clients build resilience, manage emotions, and learn how to navigate life's changes, or walk along side grief.

Seeking support takes courage, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Whether you are coping with loss, stress, trauma, or a difficult transition, you deserve a space to be heard and supported. I welcome the opportunity to support and help you navigate through what comes next. I offer online therapy for adults and older adults and accept insurance.

My approach to therapy

My motto is, "Let's have a conversation." Therapy is your time to step away from life's demands and simply be yourself. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once—I will meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
