My approach is warm, practical, and supportive. I work with adults and older adults who may be navigating loss, depression, family stress, trauma, or other challenges that are affecting daily life. Together, we focus on understanding what is getting in the way, building healthier coping tools, and creating realistic progress that feels meaningful.
I offer online therapy and strive to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and able to take the next step with confidence. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, more capable, and better equipped to manage life’s changes.
