Great to meet you!

Welcome to Wildflower Wellness, LLC, where my mission is to help you find peace amidst life's chaos. Just as wildflowers need sunlight and rain to grow and flourish, you need understanding and empathy. As a therapist, I'm here to provide a nurturing environment and remind you that, even in unpredictable times, you have the resilience to thrive.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in schools, health care, community outreach and clinical settings. I have worked with individuals and groups. I hold additional certificates in trauma-informed care and suicide prevention.

My approach to therapy

I bring empathy, creativity, and flexibility into the work I do with clients. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health support, so together we’ll create a path that reflects your unique experiences, strengths, and goals so you can feel safe and understood on this journey.

And the best part? By offering telehealth you can begin receiving mental health support right from the comfort of your own home.

What you can expect from me

As we begin services, I want to meet all clients where they are at. After we go over general mental health history and services you are looking for, sessions will look different for each client. If you are someone who needs time to build a connection - I will provide you with patience and understanding. If you are someone who is ready to dive into all life's pressing matters - I will listen and reflect as needed. Or, if you are ready to make changes and need someone to help you along the way - I will be there to support and guide you. Together, we will figure out the best course of action and make therapeutic services the most positive experience possible.
