Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience caring for adults across outpatient and long-term care settings. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions, as well as those managing more complex or ongoing mental health concerns.

I have a particular interest in working with professionals experiencing high stress, women’s mental health concerns, and individuals navigating major life changes such as career shifts, relationship challenges, or caregiver stress.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based care. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe being open and honest about what you’re going through—without feeling rushed or judged. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals.

I provide medication management along with practical, supportive strategies to help you feel more focused, stable, and in control of your day-to-day life. Whether you’re starting treatment for the first time, seeking help for ADHD, or looking for a more thoughtful and consistent approach to managing anxiety or depression, I aim to make the process straightforward and approachable.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself, you’re not alone—and support is available. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I believe the most effective care starts with taking the time to understand your full picture—not just symptoms, but your lifestyle, stressors, and personal goals.

I work closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies to help improve day-to-day functioning. I focus on making treatment feel clear and manageable, so you understand your options and feel comfortable with each step.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe being open and honest about what you’re going through, without feeling rushed or judged. My style is calm, direct, and supportive—I will listen carefully, but I will also provide guidance and recommendations to help you move forward.

I have a particular focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and burnout, especially in adults balancing work, family, and other responsibilities. I also work with individuals navigating life transitions or managing chronic mental health conditions.

My goal is to help you feel more stable, focused, and in control, while building a treatment plan that is realistic and sustainable over time.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what’s been going on from your perspective. We’ll talk through your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment.

I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and not rushed. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—my role is to guide the conversation and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to how you’re feeling, along with an initial treatment plan. This may include medication options if appropriate, as well as practical next steps and recommendations tailored to your goals.

We’ll also discuss what follow-up care looks like so you know what to expect moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, more informed, and confident about the plan we’ve created together.
