I have been in this field of work for 20 years working with adults and children. Although I work with a variety of mental health concerns, I most enjoy helping people navigate to success with anxiety, low self esteem, and parenting issues. I believe that you can be healed and restored from whatever is causing you distress. It may take hard work but we will work together to achieve your therapeutic goals.
