Great to meet you!

I believe in finding the "silver linings" when faced w/ challenges. We all go through highs & lows in life, but sometimes the lows can begin to feel overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through your challenges by offering a nonjudgmental space w/ gentle feedback & direction.

My approach to therapy

Areas I specialize in are anxiety, depression & postpartum depression (all perinatal to be exact). Additionally, I have significant experience in providing support to those living w/ chronic medical conditions & families impacted by eating disorders. My approach is one of curiosity & compassion, with deep listening & focused attention being at the center of what I do. I am also happy to offer a variety of community & online resources so please don’t hesitate to speak with me about those.

What you can expect from me

My aim as a therapist is to meet you where you are at. I will check in regularly w/ you on how you feel you are doing & will make adjustments to goals & interventions as needed. I also believe one the most important factors in your success from treatment is the therapeutic relationship therefore I am happy to meet w/ you to answer any questions you have for me before we begin working together.

I look forward to getting the chance to connect with you to see if I would be the right support for you.
