Great to meet you!

If your mind feels like it never turns off... if you find yourself overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or wondering why things feel harder than they should—you’re not alone.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth services, working with young adults, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck in their thoughts or unsure how to move forward—and together, we begin to make sense of it, one step at a time.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life. Therapy with me is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself while also growing.

I bring over 15 years of experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions, giving me a deep understanding of how emotional challenges show up across different stages of life.

For those who wish, I’m also comfortable integrating faith into the therapeutic process in a natural and supportive way.

I am currently working toward my doctorate with a focus on trauma, continuing to deepen my understanding of healing and growth.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my puppy, LillyBelle, and being outdoors—especially hiking or near a flowing river.

If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s okay. We’ll take it one step at a time—together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness techniques. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, helping you gain insight, develop coping skills, and build on your strengths.

I believe that even small steps can lead to meaningful change. You’ll always be heard, supported, and never judged as we work together at your pace toward greater confidence, clarity, and balance in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to connect and begin understanding what’s most important to you. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can share openly and at your own pace.

I believe you are the author of your own story—sometimes you just need a little help to sort through it and see things more clearly. Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your goals and concerns, serving as the framework for our sessions. My hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
