Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Nimrode Aridou. After seven intense years as an emergency room psychiatric nurse, I built this practice to provide fast, judgment-free mental healthcare that truly fits your busy life. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and clear ADHD testing—and starting at the end of November 2026, I am thrilled to expand our services to offer Spravato (esketamine) treatments right here in our office for treatment-resistant depression. You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk; just show up exactly as you are, and let’s work together to get you feeling like yourself again!

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is grounded in unshakeable calm, absolute transparency, and accessibility, shaped by seven intense years working as an emergency room psychiatric nurse. At OptiCore Health & Wellness, I have completely thrown out the traditional, slow healthcare model to provide fast, direct, and entirely judgment-free care that actually fits your life.

Rather than reducing you to a 15-minute checklist, I combine evidence-based psychopharmacology with modern diagnostic tools and a deep focus on your overall metabolic health. I specialize in providing gold-standard ADHD testing using QbCheck technology, managing complex anxiety, and providing safe, stigma-free support for addiction and sexual health. Beginning at the end of November 2026, I am also expanding our clinical focus to offer in-office Spravato (esketamine) treatments for individuals fighting treatment-resistant depression.

When you work with me, you don't need to have all the answers or look a certain way—you just need to show up exactly as you are so we can build a practical plan together.

What you can expect from me

When you walk into your first session, you can expect an environment of absolute calm, safety, and zero judgment. Whether you join me in person in Belmont or via telehealth, our primary goal is to strip away the clinical stiffness of traditional medicine so you can speak openly and feel truly heard. We will use this time to conduct a comprehensive assessment, explore your history, and pinpoint exactly what is getting in the way of your peace and progress.

By the end of our first hour, you won’t just leave with a diagnosis—you will leave with a clear, actionable roadmap tailored specifically to your life. This includes setting clear goals for your mental and metabolic health, scheduling any necessary specialized testing like our QbCheck for ADHD, and establishing an immediate, streamlined plan for medication management if needed. My ultimate objective for our first meeting is to replace your overwhelm with massive clarity, giving you a definitive path forward so you can leave feeling lighter, supported, and confident in your next steps.
