Great to meet you!

I graduated from Johns Hopkins University and hold dual certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). With over 20,000 hours of clinical experience, I bring a holistic approach to care that recognizes the connection between physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

My goal is to create a supportive, patient-centered environment where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. I practice active listening and make sure you have the time and space to share your concerns, values, and goals. Together, through collaborative dialogue, we’ll develop a treatment plan that is tailored to you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based care, and cultural sensitivity.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, patient-centered, and collaborative. I am committed to treating the whole person—addressing not only physical health concerns but also the psychological, emotional, and social factors that influence overall well-being. As both a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I integrate physical and mental health care to provide comprehensive support.

Active listening is central to my practice. I take the time to understand each patient’s unique goals, values, and lived experiences. Through shared decision-making, evidence-based interventions, and a compassionate presence, I partner with my patients to develop individualized care plans that foster long-term health, resilience, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, respected, and actively engaged in your care. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns—whether physical, emotional, or psychological. Together, we will clarify your goals and develop practical, personalized plans for moving forward.

My goal is for you to walk away not only with evidence-based guidance and strategies for managing your health, but also with a sense of empowerment, support, and deeper self-understanding. I want every session to strengthen your confidence and clarity in taking ownership of your well-being.
