Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist working with teens and adults of various backgrounds who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and relationship issues. I have extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based practices, and trauma-informed care. I am passionate about helping clients create lasting personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals and couples gain insight into the unconscious patterns that shape their emotional life. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll look not just at symptoms but at the deeper roots that may be influencing your current struggles.

In our work together, I will offer an attuned and consistent presence where you can speak freely, without judgment, and I will listen deeply. Over time, this can help reduce feelings of depression and anxiety, improve your relationships, and foster a stronger, more integrated sense of self.

What you can expect from me

The first three sessions will be focused on getting to know your history, what’s been troubling you, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. This initial phase is also a chance for you to experience how I work and for us to decide if it makes sense for us to continue. If not, I'd love to help you find a therapist that feels like a better fit. Over time, progress often looks like a growing ability to recognize and understand your feelings, feel more confident expressing what you need, and experience greater fulfillment and closeness in your relationships.
