Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a bilingual social worker from Puerto Rico. I have a bachelors from NYU and Masters from Howard University. I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a school and medical setting. use a patient-centered, trauma-focused, culturally competent approach to create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore emotions, build strengths, and feel truly heard.

My approach to therapy

My specialties include working with depression, anxiety, chronic illness, suicidality, self-harm, self-esteem challenges, and LGBTQ+ issues. I understand the unique stressors young people face, and I offer tools and strategies to help them navigate these challenges while building resilience, coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session where you can share more about yourself and what you're looking for in therapy. I strive to create a safe, warm, welcoming environment that is conducive to growth and learning!
