Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nina. If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone. As a licensed psychologist with years of experience providing therapy and supervising clinicians, I've helped individuals and couples work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward healing, growth, and lasting change. Let's work together to find your smooth waters so you can feel calmer, more connected, and more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

Life can be overwhelming and downright hard. If you're exhausting yourself just trying to stay afloat, please know you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, healing from trauma, or managing anxiety, I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can process your experiences and begin to heal. Together, we'll work toward your goals for healing, growth, and lasting change so you can feel more like yourself again. I welcome both individuals and couples.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel truly heard and understood. We'll spend time getting to know one another, exploring what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals so we can develop a plan that supports meaningful, lasting change.
