Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Nina! A licensed psychology who specializes in working with folks who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, toxic relationships, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, and more! I also offer a dedicated space for substance use recovery and sexuality or gender exploration. I want to create a therapy space where you feel affirmed, safe, and free to talk about ANYTHING. I am here to listen, using a person-centered, deeply empathic, and nonjudgmental approach

My approach to therapy

Being a human can be TOUGH! Sometimes, life rushes at you like a roaring river—swift, unpredictable, and completely overwhelming. It’s easy to feel entirely alone in the current, exhausting yourself just trying to keep your head above water. You don’t have to fight the rapids by yourself. I am here to help you find your footing, catch your breath, and navigate the water safely

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply need a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process life’s experiences, therapy can be a significant step toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and completely judgment-free space where you feel truly heard. I look forward to us getting to know one another, understanding your personal goals, and exploring how we can work together to improve your life.
