Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is based on building a trusting relationship with my clients where a safe space is created to explore challenge life events.

My approach to therapy

My style begins with getting to understand the client's problems, needs, and goals. As we establish a therapeutic relationship, I use cognitive behavioral interventions, Trauma informed techniques, and an inquisitive approach to understanding my clients on a deeper level. I embrace the mind/body connection as one and the same.

What you can expect from me

First sessions begin the journey of the exploration into, "How I can I help you?'' I focus on my client's needs, reported goals, and review realistic time frames and what to expect as therapy continues.
