Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and experienced therapist dedicated to supporting individuals across all stages of life. With a strong background in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, I tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

I have experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, anxiety and depression.

Additionally, I have provided meaningful support to children and adolescents coping with grief by creating a safe and nurturing environment for healing and emotional expression.

My approach to therapy

I am known as an empathetic and client-centered therapist. I am committed to empowering individuals and families to address life challenges, enhance well-being, and nurture resilience.

What you can expect from me

At every session I aim to meet the client's specific needs and offer support and growth, whether it's a single insight or a broader sense of empowerment.

Clients often leave with a clearer understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as the underlying factors contributing to challenges that they may be facing.

As a therapist, I provide strategies, coping mechanisms, or exercises to help clients manage stress, navigate difficulties, and make progress toward their goals.
