Great to meet you!

Searching for the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and taking the first step isn’t always easy. I’m here to make that process feel a little less stressful. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together in a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable being yourself while also challenging yourself to grow. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, and create a plan that helps you feel more confident, balanced, and fulfilled. I provide therapy in both English and Farsi (Persian).

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what’s bringing you to therapy, and identifying your goals. My priority is to create a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Meaningful change takes time, but by taking this first step, you’ve already begun the process. I also offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation if you’d like to see whether we’re a good fit before scheduling.
