Great to meet you!

I provide counseling for children, teens, and adults, with private pay and sliding scale options available for in-person sessions. If you're a parent struggling to connect with your child due to trauma, anxiety, or family issues, I can help. My expertise includes working with toddlers, school-aged children, adolescents, and adults facing life challenges. Together, we'll set goals to support your family and strengthen relationships.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I offer counseling services for children, teens, and adults. I also accept private pay and sliding scale payments for in-person sessions. As a parent, if you're struggling to connect with your child, feel lost, or notice that you and your children are drifting apart due to unresolved trauma, anxiety, or family issues, I'm here to help. My expertise lies in assisting toddlers with behavior issues, school-aged children, adolescents, and adults facing various life challenges.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session, giving you the chance to share your story and your goals for therapy. Together, we'll explore and clarify what you'd like to achieve. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel comfortable and safe being vulnerable. In the following sessions, we'll collaborate to turn these goals into a reality for you.
