Great to meet you!

I am an expert in eating disorders, addictions and couples issues. I strike a balance between direct feedback and constructive support. I work well with women and the LGBTQ+ community. I have 15 years worth of experience, both in higher levels of care and in my private practice. My couples therapy training comes from the White Institute in NYC and The Couples Institute in CA.

My approach to therapy

My clients say they feel empowered from our therapy sessions - - more knowledgable and better able to make the changes they wish to see in their lives. I am interactive, collaborative to bring new perspectives to entrenched thinking and practical approaches to persistent problems.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will ask you what brings you to therapy right now and what you are hoping we can do together. You will get a feel for my presence, and we will explore the working chemistry we have together. Therapy requires a level of trust and comfort, on both sides, to facilitate really deep healing.
