Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist with experience treating a range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I earned my medical degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine and completed my psychiatry residency training at The George Washington University.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care. I work collaboratively with each patient to better understand their unique concerns and develop a treatment plan tailored to their goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to develop a thorough understanding of you and the factors that may be affecting your mental health. I take a holistic approach, considering biological, psychological, and social factors that may be contributing to your concerns.

Together, we will discuss your symptoms, personal history, goals for treatment, and what you hope to gain from care. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences. When appropriate, I incorporate therapeutic interventions alongside medication management to develop an individualized treatment plan that supports your overall well-being.
