Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist offering telehealth-only sessions for individuals seeking support with their mental health and overall wellbeing.

I integrate evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, CPT, Mindfulness, ACT, and MI with trauma focused and trauma-informed practices.

In addition to talk therapy, I incorporate bottom-up expressive arts practices to help clients reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system, and build resilience. Creative approaches—like movement, imagery, music, and art—can open up new ways of processing feelings that words alone sometimes can’t reach. As well as increase the capacity to experience joy and happiness once more.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to support that journey by creating a nonjudgmental, respectful space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Clients often describe me as grounding, intuitive, and easy to talk to.

What you can expect from me

I aim to meet clients holistically—engaging mind, body, and spirit—to promote resilience, self-awareness, and lasting positive change.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, past trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in finding clarity, balance, and deeper self-understanding.
