Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am so glad that you found your way here! Welcome. YOU are brave to seek solutions and healing. WE work together to find what works for YOU! Therapy can be engaging, emotional, interactive and proactive, game-changing, and even fun! I embarked on my journey working with adults, couples, children, and families with a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. My diverse background brings diverse interventions for a variety of needs!

A bit about my approach to therapy

You, you in a couple, and you as a family are unique and will find that my breadth and depth of approaches will aid in your recovery. To do this I focus on strengths and solutions in a warm, creative, and expressive way that engages clients. We take a look at all areas of your life, usually through some kind of interactive way, get to know each other, identify your goals and needs, and then get to work on finding you joy.

What you can expect from our first session

I am telehealth certified and have attended many trainings that help keep our eyes from glazing over during our sessions! You can expect to take away a feeling of being heard, and direction. I have a knack for bonding quickly and gently and helping you to find tasks that will immediately provide relief. I will show up with information that I keep in my back pocket and will research and collaborate to find the best ways to aid in your well-being.
