Great to meet you!

I bring a rich, interdisciplinary background to my therapeutic work, combining clinical training with creativity, education, and specialized modalities. Most of my training and experience is with individuals experiencing various levels of trauma. In a warm, supportive, non-judgmental voice, we will work collaboratively on your goals to empower and heal. My years of experience and intuitive nature create a trusting relationship that will include deep emotional processing, skills building, life shifts and at times, laughter.

My approach to therapy

“Things do not change, we change.” Henry David Thoreau

As we reflect on Thoreau’s words and the growing understanding of interconnectedness, we begin to realize something important: Change is not a solitary endeavor.

It’s a collaborative process—rooted in the relationships we build with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I believe this is true of the relationship individuals have with their therapist. We work through the significant areas of your life with collaboration and guidance.

What you can expect from me

Rapport building is the first step of our journey together. I will ask about your previous experiences in therapy, what brought you to therapy this time, get to know you as a person and jump right in so we can start making progress.
