Great to meet you!

I graduated from the University of Denver with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. When I am not working I am spending time in the mountains with my dog or re-watching Harry Potter for the billionth time!

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping those trapped in unhelpful patterns of self-talk, relationships, or habits. If negative thoughts and feelings are holding you back, I can assist. I believe, "Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional," meaning we can choose how to respond and build a fulfilling life. My approach involves aligning your life with your values and embracing all parts of yourself. Let’s work together to break these patterns and embrace your true self.

What you can expect from me

I aim to support and empower you towards a meaningful life through a genuine therapeutic relationship and evidence-based practices like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. With experience in anxiety, grief, and chronic depression, I can help you learn to manage troubling thoughts and feelings using mindfulness. I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your feelings, find healing, and work toward your goals. Reach out to start your journey towards growth and healing.
