My training as a licensed clinical social worker gives me the experience, clinical skills, and compassion to work with each individual at their pace and address issues that each client defines as most important to their quality of life.
I specialize in helping people tackle stressors and trauma from a safe and mindful place. I help with stress and depression due to life transitions, family trauma and relationship issues. I can also help you navigate addiction or grief. I will do my very best to help you move toward health and happiness.
In our sessions together, we will collaborate in order to establish goals to work towards over the course of treatment. My goal is to help guide you in the direction you want to be in. I believe that a therapist can encourage you to recognize your strengths so that you can use them to help you grow.
