Great to meet you!

I work with a variety of different clients, but have lived into a specialization of working with adults with ADHD, particularly women who were either diagnosed later in life, or are curious about the diagnosis, after years of wondering why life felt harder than it seemed for everyone else. Many of my clients struggle with overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, masking, people-pleasing, low self-worth, or relationship challenges. Together, we work to better understand how ADHD has shaped their experiences, develop practical strategies that fit their unique brains, and replace self-criticism with self-compassion, confidence, and authenticity.

My approach to therapy

As a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD myself, I understand both the challenges and the relief that can come with finally making sense of your experiences. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and strengths-focused, integrating Narrative Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness while tailoring treatment to each client's goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're exploring ADHD, healing from past experiences, or looking for practical tools to create lasting change, I'd be honored to support you. I believe meaningful growth begins with feeling understood, accepted, and empowered.
