Have you ever wondered if life could be better? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW) for more than 20 years. I am passionate about helping people access their existing strengths to increase satisfaction in their lives. I work using several effective techniques including; client-centered solutions, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral techniques, arts, as well as relaxation and meditation techniques that assist with grounding and centering to assist people to reach their goals.

My approach to therapy

I have worked in the area of mental health for over 20 years. years with children, teens, and adults on life issues including trauma, transitions, parenting, ineffective communication, grief, self-esteem, medical concerns, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, etc. Appreciating and supporting people's existing strengths can lead to improvements for individuals, their health, and their relationships.
