Great to meet you!

Do you ever find yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand, pulled in different directions, or even out of control? Maybe you know how you want to respond, but emotions, urges, or old patterns seem to take over. In therapy, we’ll explore the different parts of you that show up in these moments and what they may be trying to communicate or protect. The goal isn’t to change who you are, but to better understand yourself so you can respond with greater intention and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I am a certified IFS therapist and primarily work from an Internal Family Systems framework, while also drawing from my training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the impact of past trauma

What you can expect from me

I particularly enjoy working with Asian, BIPOC, and immigrant clients who have spent a lot of time adapting to different cultures, expectations, or ways of being. This can leave you questioning what you actually want, whose expectations you’re living by, and how much of what you carry is truly yours. I invite you to reach out and see if we may be a good fit
