Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of mental health nursing experience. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University. My areas of focus include mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use disorders, and behavioral concerns.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on each client’s unique needs and goals. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in treatment decisions. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that supports lasting emotional wellness and improved quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, confidential, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and respected. We will discuss current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, medications, and treatment goals. My goal is for each client to leave with a clearer understanding of their needs and the next steps in their care.
